Unwanted/Ordered In Error Policy
If you wish to exchange a product you ordered by mistake, or decide you do not
want, you may return it to us at your own cost providing it is completely unopened
and in re-sellable condition.
Once the product is received back unopened and undamaged, we will immediately
dispatch your new/correct choice. This will incur a restocking fee of £5.00
If you wish to obtain a refund for an incorrectly ordered product, the same
process applies as above, and a refund fee of £5.00 will be deducted from the
total amount that goes back onto your credit/debit card.
Please note you are strongly encouraged to research any products you are not
sure about, including the ingredients list / usage. We are not liable for any
products you order, and then change your mind about upon delivery.
Re-shipping Policy
If we need to reship a package because the items we send are returned back to
us by our couriers (Return to Sender), for any of the following reasons, a charge
of £5.00 (minimum) will be incurred:
*Customer not being in / on holiday
*Customer not being in then parcel not being collected in specified time
*Wrong delivery address specified by customer
*Item being refused by someone at same address
Please note Cheap Supplements will not be liable for any customs seizures.
Refunds will only be given in instances where the order has been returned to
us. Shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds given to under these circumstances.
Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import
duties / sales taxes on the value of their order.

queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result,
delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business

Back Orders
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products,
there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this
event you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling,
substituting, or reserving your order.
Delays
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on regular business days. Upon
placing your order you will receive a receipt by email. If an email receipt
is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. Be advised that
shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our
control.
